Virginia DAR Remittance Blank Donantions and Contributions If you have difficulty downloading either of these forms, they can be obtained from the State Treasurer	2006-2007 NSDAR Master Questionnaire Don't forget to add your District's Number on the top line (it should be at the end of the line with your chapter's name.) due to State Corresponding Secretary by February 1st
Chaplain's Form If you have difficulty downloading this form, it can be obtained from the State Chaplain	2007 Virginia Honor Roll Form due to State Chairman by February 1st 2006-2007 Virginia DAR Questionnaire due to State Corresponding Secretary by February 1st AND 2006-2007 Rochambeau Revolutionary Route (W3R) report (Please attach to the VADAR Questionnaire) due to State Corresponding Secretary by February 1st
