Washington-Lewis Chapter
Ginnie Sebastian Storage is the 38th State Regent of the Virginia Daughters of the American Revolution. A 29-year DAR member, Ginnie is a member of the Washington-Lewis Chapter in Frederickburg. As a Junior member, she served the Washington-Lewis Chapter in various chairmanships, as Second Vice Regent and then as Regent for six years. She served as State Chairman for Junior Membership, Ways and Means and Editor, Virginia View Committees. She has paged at the Virginia State Conference and Continental Congress, and was named the 1997 State Outstanding Junior Member. Her national chairmanships include Junior Membership, DAR Project Patriot and Membership, and she also served as a national adviser to both the Junior Membership and Membership Committees. She served as State Organizing Secretary during the Caskey administration and State Vice Regent during the Hatfield Administration.
Professionally, Ginnie is the Vice President of Administration for NSWC Federal Credit Union in Dahlgren, Virginia, where she coordinates the Branch Administration, HR, and Training functions for 100+ employees. She received her BA from the University of Virginia and her MBA from Averett University. She is a national member of the Society for Human Resource Management, a member of the Credit Union Executives Society, and holds professional designations as a Certified Credit Union Executive and a Professional in Human Resources. Ginnie resides in Fredericksburg with her husband Mark and daughter McGowan.
