National Society Children of the American Revolution
Celebrate America!
In celebration of the 125th anniversary of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, members committed to honor their heritage as they Celebrate America! through community service efforts.
As an organization founded on service in 1890, members have worked tirelessly to promote historic preservation, patriotism, and education in communities across the nation as well as overseas. With the original goal of providing one million hours of volunteer service a year, members quickly surpassed those numbers and have provided more than 12.5 million hours of community service since 2013.
The "Celebrate America!" initiative encourages members to become involved in community service to discover the rewards of volunteerism and to help make their local communities stronger. DAR members are giving back to their communities in appreciation for the nation they love!
